Swedish Massage (60/90min)

Gentle to medium pressure tailored to you, utilizes long kneading strokes to melt away tension, helps relieve stress, reduce pain and muscle toxins, boost mood, and increase circulation. Promotes deep relaxation. (most popular)

Deep Healing  Massage (60/90min)

Similar to Swedish, but the technique focuses on the deepest layer of muscles to target knots and realign tissues. Geared towards athletic guests and those with extreme, chronic muscle tightness. Also great in treatment plans for those guests with previous surgeries, muscular issues and for overall well-being. Deep, concentrated strokes target muscular tensions due to stress, work, travel, or physical activity. Although painful at times, you will feel rejuvenated afterwards.

Prenatal Massage (60/90min)*

This is a wonderful complimentary choice for prenatal care, aimed at reducing stress associated with pregnancy, such as backaches, pelvis discomfort, stiff neck, leg cramps, edema and/or depression/anxiety caused by hormonal changes. Promoting blood and lymph circulation, this massage helps to relax nervous tension, which aids in better sleep and daily routine activities.

-*No massage during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy

-*No High Risk Pregnancies

-*allowed 6 weeks after delivery with doctor note.

Trigger Point Therapy (60 min)

A trigger point is a constricted area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger Point Therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. You may actively participate through deep breathing, as well as identify the location and intensity of discomfort.

Acupressure (add on)

A form of touch therapy that utilizes principles of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Stimulated with fingers instead of needles insertion.

*add on Reflexology (aka Zone therapy)30 min

Not a foot massage. Although often combined with massage, it is a separate practice involving pressure to reflex zones on your feet, hands, or outer ears to affect your entire body (see foot/hand chart). This ancient treatment is based on that an energy channel encompassing 12 vital organs exist from our feet to the top of our head. Applying pressure helps unblock that channel to restore health/organ function.

Essential Enhancements

Aromatherapy Essential

The use of essential oils extracted from herbs, flowers, and fruits to naturally balance, harmonize and promote the wellbeing of the body, mind and spirit. Ideally suggested with our  Swedish massage as part of a holistic treatment approach to achieve therapeutic benefits.

Hot Stone essentials

Smooth heated stones are placed on various parts of the body and combined with your massage of choice. After applying warmed infused oils, hot basalt rocks are used to melt away tension in muscles and carry you into deep relaxation of the mind and body.

Exfoliating Foot essentials

We all love a good foot rub to soothe and refresh tired, sore and overworked feet. This rejuvenating treatment will leave your feet feeling blissfully soft. Cleansing with an exfoliating sugar scrub, and massaging with a moisturizing foot balm treatment.

Paraffin hand treatment:  Use of selected heated wax to help lock in skin moisture and also helps with joint relief. Offers full range of heat comfort to loosen up hands and finger joints

Calming Scalp essentials

Your scalp holds an immense amount of stress, indulge in alleviating tension on your neck, pectorals, and forehead, focusing on the scalp. This massage helps in the removal of dead skin cells and increases serotonin, a chemical in your body that increases your mood. It also promotes circulation and blood flow to hair follicles and cells, creating a healthy environment for hair growth and for a relaxation!

Enhancement muscle therapy

Ideal for chronic back pain, shoulders and overworked arms and legs. Concentrated therapy using hot packs, a warming treatment (Prosage), with/or cooling therapy (Biofreeze) for deep muscle pain or inflammation, combined with a Deep Healing massage. Promotes pain recovery.

Please note: Session time includes 10 minutes for pre and post consultation.
